Event Details

Research indicates the culture of an organization has a more significant impact on success than strategies, technologies or talent alone. Today’s public sector landscape, with an emphasis on integration of services, accountability for results and reinvestment of resources, requires a culture and environment that supports an innovative way of doing the work of government, Crown corporations and related agencies.

MNP invites you to join us for an insightful presentation in our on-going Public Sector Leadership Series, led by John Stinson, Chief Executive Officer of Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries. John will discuss the opportunities and challenges in developing one corporate culture following the integration of two large corporations. He will also discuss the need to develop a nimble, entrepreneurial organization that drives greater revenue for Manitobans.

As part of the discussion, MNP will provide you with practical solutions that can enable a positive shift in your own organizational culture.

Registration & Hot Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:00 a.m.
John Stinson & MNP Discussion on Shifting Culture: 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
