Mobility Tech 6 is THE place for Mobility Startup founders and C-suite to network, learn, and meet key investors, partners and industry.

About this Event

Mobility Tech 6 is an INVITE ONLY meeting group for Mobility Startup founders and C suite to further their business through networking, learning and introductions to key players in VC/financing, corporate decision makers and business development.

Hosted in partnership with Silicon Valley Bank, the first Mobility Tech 6 event will feature Wolf Kohlberg, COO and co-founder of successful mobility startup bus.com, who will give his thoughts on the key reasons for their success, as well as key ways to grow a startup.

Mobility Tech 6 is proud to collaborate with Silicon Valley Bank Canada for this exclusive dinner event at The Broadview Hotel.

Tickets are limited to 25 spots - 1 ticket per company only, and replies checked with invites VCs and Mobility leaders, as well as representatives from Silicon Valley Bank will be in attendance.

Mobility Tech 6 Organizers:

Kevin McLaughlin

Kevin has been a Mobility startup founder and entrepreneur for more than 2 decades, including founding Modo - the car coop in Vancouver, and later AutoShare in Toronto, which was later Acquired by Enterprise Rent-a-car. More recently Kevin has worked for corporate organizations in mobility, such as Blanc Labs and Groupe PSA / Free2Move, while this year he founded the e-Bike subscription service Zygg. He is also an advisor to several Mobility startups in Toronto.

James Carter

James has been around automotive and mobility for more than 2 decades. After 19 years with Toyota in Australia, Japan and Canada, in a variety or sales, marketing and operational roles, James left to start Vision Mobility in 2016, a consultancy that focuses on assisting large companies and industry organizations better understand the changing world of New Mobility, as well as working with Mobility startups who need automotive industry experience. James is a key mobility influencer on LinkedIn and regularly writes, speaks and advises on New Mobility topics around the world.
