Head of Strength and Conditioning at The Runner's Academy
Jordan is a Kinesiologist who holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics honours movement science degree from the University of Windsor. Jordan spent two years as a scholarship athlete at The University of Montana, competing at the NCAA Division I level and was captain of the cross country team before transferring to The University of Windsor to complete his degree and compete for the Lancers. He is now continuing his education at The Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto.
Jordan has experience working with Olympic level athletes, National level coaches, and incorporates everything he has learned throughout his running career into his exercise programs. He has a PB of 31:10 in the cross country 10k, 3:52 in the 1500 meter run, and was an OFSAA gold and silver medalist in the 2000 meter steeplechase
Getting the most out of your running comes from more than just putting in the miles. Jordan’s approach to training incorporates strength-specific exercises and individualized training programs to improve running efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.
Because everybody is different, Jordan tailors his exercise programs to each individual based on their abilities and fitness goals. Whether you have your eyes set on a first-place medal, you’re just coming back from an injury or you want to prove that you can rise to new challenges, Jordan has the skills to get you to your best self.
