Mom and baby fitness group: a low impact workout for Moms and babies from 6 weeks-18 months (or crawling) Get back in shape together!

About this Event

Join Jenn Pryce for a low impact workout that can be done with or without baby in a carrier (aka baby bjorn). Low impact Cardio and strength training, combined with core work and baby yoga. Following our workout we will have songs, parachute time and a good stretch. Moms are asked to purchase some light hand weights (3-5lbs) and mini bands will be provided. A yoga mat will also be needed for both the babies and for floor work.

Moms are encouraged to wear their baby during the first part of the workout in a baby sling/carrier!

Remember! Covid guidelines will be in effect! These photos were taken from previous years' classes. Social distancing, hand sanitizing and cleaning of all equipment and toys will be mandatory.
