Learn about the benefits of yoga movement, breathing and mindfulness for motherhood. No yoga experience needed. Moms can choose to bring baby or come alone. Babies up to 12 months of age are welcome to participate with parent but this class focuses mainly on mom.
Please bring yoga mat and water.

Facilitator Jen Lam started practicing yoga while pursuing her doctoral degree to help reduce stress from her academic studies. It wasn't until she had her first baby where she realized the amazing benefits yoga for pregnancy, labour and into motherhood. Fast forward to present day and Jen is a full time yoga mama who had three kids in three years. No PhD is going to prepare you for this life. She spends her (limited) free time teaching others how to incorporate yoga into real life.
She is passionate about sharing yoga with anyone who wants to learn. Why? "Because pregnancy and motherhood can be tough and we could all use a little me-time to relax"
