Event description

Description

Money is common sense, right? Make a budget or pay yourself first and you’ll be a millionaire in no time.

The problem is we’re amassing more debt than wealth. Our money sense is often influenced by emotional and behavioural factors turning good intentions into costly financial mistakes.

Bringing together her background in computer science, money, consumer issues, Ironman racing, and even farming, Kerry K. Taylor explains how our spending decisions curb our ability to save and what we can do to fix it.

Presented as part of Toronto Public Library's Personal Finance program series. Free program.
