Montreal has established a reputation as Canada's gastronomic capital, with one of the highest numbers of restaurants per capita in North America.

Unlike any other place, we are a melting pot of various cuisines and cultures. Montreal is the definition of North America meets Europe!

We have food authentically inauthentic. Many tourists come here for our well-known poutine, smoked meat, and bagels, but we wanted to take it a step further and show you what truly defines Montreal food in our opinion.

We'd like to share with you stories of the dishes that shaped our youth, and how we added our own spin while retaining the dish's true flavour. This is what we honestly believe distinguishes Montreal food: the cultures, the recipes passed down from generation to generation, and the fierce competition that drives restaurants to innovate.

From start to finish, each Chef and host will provide you with numerous insights, tools, and laughs to make this experience as authentic as possible!
