Description

(Description en français suivra)

Following the huge support and success we received last year, the Montreal Student Space Associations (MSSA) is happy to announce the 2nd edition of the Montreal Space Symposium.

The Montreal Space Symposium (MSS) is a public conference to discuss, address and plan on the current and future state of the space industry in Montreal and Canada. MSS will explore current and future issues within these fields while also highlighting recent advancements and contributions of the Canadian Space Industry and Space Research.

The symposium's theme "Bringing Space down to Earth" encompasses our vision of a united space program inclusive of all people. With this, MSS hopes to provide a platform to bring space more accessible to everyone, so that the space industry could be an accessible playground where all space enthusiasts of any discipline can have an important role to play.

It is an exciting time to be in the space industry. Not only do we as a nation have a thorough history in space, but also a promising future, and it is important that you join us in "Bringing Space down to Earth"!

Schedule can be browsed through our website and on Sched.

Although we wish to make this event as accessible to everyone as possible, registration and an honorary cost of $12 (incl. processing fees) per entry ticket in both days is required. Ticket options for 1-day event participation are also available.

>>> We are also hosting a cocktail reception on the first evening of the symposium, Oct 18 from 6PM at the prestigious Ritz-Carleton. Come enjoy a space cocktail with your speakers and fellow space enthusiasts!
