More Than Miles is here, STL. Join us for a 7 week run series that brings mindfulness, strength + flexibility and nutrition to your training. Each week we will alternate long distance runs (3-5 miles) and speed work followed by an added component that will help you elevate your running game.

Did we mention that practice makes progress...and could potentially earn you a reward!? Be sure to sign up to track your attendance each week. All runners are welcome. See full schedule below.
