Slow down, breathe deeply, and begin your day with presence.
Morning Stillness Yoga is a gentle, grounding practice designed to bring ease to your body and calm to your mind in the quiet beauty of the morning.

Each Wednesday from 10:00–11:15 a.m., we’ll move through soft, mindful sequences that encourage balance, clarity, and relaxation — no pushing or striving, just space to unwind and return to yourself.

  • A serene sanctuary with beautiful high ceilings, a labyrinth floor, and vibrant stained glass
  • Gentle, beginner-friendly movement focused on breath, stillness, and inner peace
  • A supportive space to quiet the mind and soften tension
