Bring your own yoga mat and fill your senses with life and energy by enjoying a gentle morning yoga class in the lavender fields. Inspired by nature, hatha yoga, and the latest science in functional healthy movement for longevity. This all levels class explores movement with breath awareness, to relieve tension and build strength and stability out on the land among the lavender plants. Join us for this relaxing oasis every morning in July. Advance registration is required, space is limited.
