Join Hannah for a 60 minute morning yoga class that will assist you in waking up and starting your day on a high vibe!

This 60 minute wake-up yoga class that will have you starting your day feeling rested and refreshed. We will stretch our bodies and in turns our minds, all the while tending to our beautiful spirits. This class will begin slowly and we will work our way into a flow sequence and then end with longer posture holds.

This is a beginner - intermediate yoga class. Modifications will be provided for beginners.

Please have a yoga mat, water, 2 blocks (substitute with hardcover books) and a yoga strap (substitute scarf).
