Join Krystal , Dr. Divi and Stewart for a full day workshop to expand and awaken your body, mind and spirit!

𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻: 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We will begin the day with a playful exploration of the senses. Stewart will be leading a beautiful blend of movement meditation, a splash of groove and a cool down yin yoga .
We will then be lead by Dr. Divi Chandna, an internationally recognized expert in Mind-Body Medicine and the founder of the Center of Mind Body Spirit Medicine. She will guide each of you to:

Krystal Charlotte will then lead us into a full breathwork session to ground the entire day into our bodies and awaken our hearts.
Breathwork is a guided breath practice which has the potential to take us deep within ourselves, where we can heal, transform and awaken the wisest parts of ourselves.
This technique empowers us to shed our old stories and emotions, allowing the body to open to new possibilities and inspiration in our daily lives.
Come join us for this day of connection and freedom.
