Description

Our MOVE Curriculum ( http://dralexritza.com/move-curriculum/ ) will give you the strategies that you need to MOVE properly for optimal health. Our MOVE Curriculum Workshop will provide the introduction to the curriculum by reviewing the four strategies and the drills required to fulfill each.

It will teach you

  • the 7 skills you need to stablize your spine

  • proper foam rolling technique and when to use it

  • the most important mobility drills for nervous system health

  • how to strengthen your core and stabilize your pelvis

  • what movements you have to do to optimize your health

It is designed to ensure you are executing each drill properly by reviewing each component and the requisite technique. The workshop is completely interactive and will enable you to practice all of the Core Exercises, Mobility drills and Smash exercises within the curriculum.

* Please bring or wear athletic clothing, a foam roller (if you have one) and a yoga mat.

* Tickets are $20 payable at Park Road Healing Arts - we are limited to 5 guests to maximize 1-on-1 time with Dr. Ritza

The best analogy to the attainment of health is a long journey. In order to be successful on your journey you need excellent nutrition or FUEL, you need to be able to MOVE properly to reach your destination and your body must have the chance to rest and RESET to continue the next day’s travels. Lastly you must have a clear path and have a clear direction of where you are going - for health and the body, this is the Brain-Body Connection.

Our NeuroStructural chiropractic care restores the Brain-Body Connection so that your body has a clear nervous system and path towards health.

But, how do you know if you are getting the movement that your body needs to be healthy.

When it comes to MOVEMENT, there are sub-requirements that need to be fulfilled to optimize our health.

In oder to MOVE in a healthy manner, the four requirements are:

  1. MOVE STABLY – We must have a protective cradle around the spine and nervous system. The nervous system’s optimal function and integrity is required for health and the core must protect it.
  2. MOVE FULLYWe must be able to move all our joints through their full range of motion in a safe and controlled manner. Happy joints are needed for longevity and to avoid injury.
  3. MOVE FAST & OFTENWe must be able to move between point A and B. The body is required to be exposed to regular dynamic movement for optimal physiological adaptation.
  4. MOVE HEAVY THINGS – We must have the ability to move against resistance in the environment. Strength is a requirement for survival and longevity of the human structure

We developed a MOVE Curriculum to help you easily navigate these requirements for health.
