Description

On Saturday June 10th, move towards better health with your community and join a fully accessible doctor-led stroll through Queen’s Campus and along Kingston’s waterfront! Exercise is Medicine Canada at Queen’s University (EIMC @ Queen’s) has challenged doctors and allied health practitioners from the Kingston community to participate in “Move With Our Docs - Kingston”, a 2km stroll with their team of patients as advocates for the best prescription for healthy living available - physical activity! Regular physical activity has been shown time and time again to improve overall health and well-being. Registration is FREE and open to anyone looking to get active! Be sure to join us for a post-stroll cooldown, with prizes to follow! Saturday, June 10th from 10:00am - 12:00pm (rain or shine), School of Kinesiology and Health Studies, 28 Division St. There will be a prize for the team with the greatest number of participants and the more people you come with, the greater chance you have at winning one of our other incredible prizes!
