An evening to connect with friends and learn from local mental health experts.

About this Event

We invite you to join us for an evening with a cause. This evening is sponsored by Moustache Miler, Feed Me Fit and Stanley Park Brewing with 100% of ticket sales going to directly support Movember Foundation. We have brought together four mental health experts to have a vibrant discussion around mental health in our current climate and how movement fits into mental wellness. You will leave this event with local resources, tools for your mental health toolbox and connections that will last beyond the evening.

Dr. John Oliffe - Founder and Lead Investigator at The University of British Columbia Men's Mental Health and Research Program

Diana Bedoya-Senior Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology Lecturer at Simon Fraser University
