Description

Movement & Mobility will start with an introduction to self-myofascial release (foam rolling) to help alleviate muscle tightness and trigger points. This release will lead into mobilization of the targeted areas, through stretch and movement, while teaching our bodies to control this new range. We will finish with full body flows to tie it all together into a whole body integrated experience. Yoga mat, block and foam roller will be provided for each participant.

Instructor Bio

Scott is a Tier 3+ trainer at Equinox Yorkville and RYU Connector, who specializes in movement rehabilitation and weight loss strategies. A former football player for Team Canada and Western University, Scott has lost 80 lbs through nutrition and training, and loves to share his passion for movement and fitness.
