About this Event
Learn about the benefits of dancing through the lifespan through this experiential workshop. Participants will explore movement exercises that challenge the brain and body, while having fun and being creative. We will spend some time looking at Anne Green Gilbert's methodology and benefits of learning the "Brain Dance" and take part in gentle guided improvisation. Safe for all types of movers and chairs will be provided for those who may not be comfortable standing.
