IWE Study & Consulting Inc. was founded in 2008. We are the first company in Western Canada to provide bilingual education strategic consulting services. Over the past 14 years, we have established a reputation among local schools for providing over 22 premium quality study tours to Canada, the US, and the UK. We have also assisted over 1000 students in gaining admissions to the top schools in North America and the UK. Some of our students have continued in research capacities in Master’s and PhD programs in Ivy League and Oxbridge colleges, and more have now achieved their dream careers as lawyers, accountants, architects, and engineers. With our long-term commitment and our attention to detail, we will continue to serve our students and families so that we can all be well-rounded contributors to our communities.
About Girls in STEAM Association (girlsinsteam.org)
Girls in STEAM Association is a Canadian non-profit that supports access to STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art & design, maths) education for girls, women, and gender-diverse individuals. In an industry dominated by white, cisgender, and able-bodied men, STEM education should consider how to be more inclusive to womxn, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, and intersections of individuals with one or more identities who are commonly excluded from ‘normative’ design spaces. As presented in the most recent edition of the US Equilar GDI, 26.7% of Russell 3000 board seats were held by women at the end of Q4 2021, a modest increase from 26.1% in Q3 2021. This means that at the end of 2021, only one in every four directors at publicly traded US companies was a woman. Girls in STEAM aims to help balance the gender disparity in the tech industry through creating community, educational programming, and a supportive network for girls, women, and non-binary individuals across North America.
