Organized by

Tara Brasier - Certified Ontario Teacher and Education Consultant.

Tara is an educator with over 25 years of experience, including teaching communications at George Brown College. She is currently an education liaison for the York Region Children's Aid Society where her primary focus is assisting youth to manage all aspects of the transition from high school to college or university.

Tara is also involved with OECT (Ontario Education Championship Team), York Region Children's Aid Society BLACC (Black, Latency, Adolescent and Continued Care) Committee and the Student Success Team at the York Region District School Board.

In her journey as an educator, Tara found that most students were overwhelmed as they navigated the incredible amount of information and organizations on their road to post-secondary education. In addition, many students struggle with their sense of self and purpose as they prepare to make this monumental transition. It has been through her repeated guidance of hundred of students through the maze of post-secondary pathways, admissions mapping and financing their education that she has developed the coaching system that Link2Success provides.
