Description

This forum will feature a dialogue among candidates representing the parties currently holding seats in BC on the topics of transportation infrastructure, sustainable land-use, green and social infrastructure, and economic development for Metro Vancouver and British Columbia.

Don't miss out on this chance to hear about the various party platforms on these issues and learn more about how we can shape this region's future together.

This event is completely FREE to attend and will take place at the SFU Harbour Centre. Doors open at 11:15 am. Light refreshments will be provided.

Co-hosted and co-sponsored by the Vancouver Sun.

About Moving in a Livable Region (MLR):

Moving in a Livable Region (MLR) is a consortium of governmental representatives, non-governmental organizations, businesses, academics, industry representatives, and other stakeholders who aim to build a more resilient, equitable, economically viable, and healthy region. MLR recognizes that we can only move forward as a region when we work together and understand the value priorities we each share for our communities. We also acknowledge that positive growth in this region can be achieved when we improve our mobility and land-use planning practices.
