About this event
Join Michelle Olson for a workshop as part of Cole Alvis' artist-in-residence program in the School of the Arts at McMaster.
Description:
Our bodies are a site of inquiry. Through structure exercises and open ended explorations, we will explore the movement patterns that support this inquiry and this will offer us opportunities for expression and sense of well being.
This time will be for movement reflection and engaging with how moving our bodies are a part of integrating knowledge and sparking inspiration.
Open to all. No experience necessary. ASL to be provided.
Items needed - water, pen and paper, dress comfortably, be zooming in from a private/quiet location where you have room to move and lie on the ground.
A zoom link will be sent the day of the event.
