Instructor Bio:

Paula Maddison has spent the past five years crafting delicious cheeses. She will show you that you don't need to own a cow, goat, sheep or water buffalo to make your own cheeses, you can make delicious cheese from store bought milk. Using her extensive background in event planning and private catering, Paula has designed a series of classes and started teaching the ancient art of crafting home made cheeses over 4 years ago. Paula uses products readily available and demystify the idea that cheese making is difficult. Classes are comprehensive, delicious and a lot of fun!
