Stress affects all of us, especially as we move into the shorter days of the year. This workshop, led by KW music therapist Meghan MacMillan, explores how music (and art) can help you release stress.
You probably already use music as a tool to help you work, exercise, or relax after a long day. Meghan will help you try various music-related mindfulness and relaxation techniques that you can also use on your own at home. We'll end the workshop with a discussion and a chance to tailor some techniques to meet your own needs!

Instructor Bio: Meghan MacMillan is a music therapist who specializes in mental health, and music and wellness. She holds a master's degree in music therapy from Wilfrid Laurier University.
