Myers Briggs Personality Type for Business and Leadership

Do you find some employees/clients easy to connect with and others difficult to relate to or deal with? Do some clients seem uninterested or evasive, then buy anyway, while others engage, appear to connect, then disappear? Do you play arbitrator between staff or clients who seem to having opposite needs?

Discover Myers Briggs Personality Type

The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report questionnaire designed to show psychological preferences in how people perceive the world around them and make decisions. The preferences refer to opposite ways of energy orientation (Introversion and Extroversion) that most people are familiar with, and 3 other dichotomies for the way we perceive, the way we make decisions and the way we prefer structure in our environment. The MBTI results in a 4 letter code for each of 16 Personality Types. This workshop focuses on the 8 preferences and how to use them in every day real life in leadership and business.

This session is tailored specifically to entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders and people looking to improve business or employee relationships, widen marketing audiences and increase emotional intelligence.

Workshop Format

Pre-workshop assignment – Each participant will be sent a link to complete the MBTI® Step I (Form M) online 5 days before the workshop

Results are distributed during the workshop, copy emailed after the workshop
Includes MBTI® Step I (Form M) Interpretive Report, additional verified reports available for purchase at any time after the workshop.

During

Lecture + demonstration + discussion + experiential group exercises (not role play), Self assessment, review of online results, what to do if results don't match.

FAQs

Is the course guaranteed to run?

Minimum of 7 paid registrations required to run the course. Final numbers are submitted to the venue Friday before the event. If insufficient number of attendees register, participants will be notified with option for to transfer to another event or receive individual sessions.
Cancellations causing course to fall below minimum numbers will not be refunded.

What's the refund policy?

  • Ticket can be transferred to another attendee. email organizer @deborah@initiumsbc.com in the event of en emergency.
  • Cancellations causing course to fall below minimum number will not be refunded.
  • If a transfer is requested after the Assessment report has been generated, additional fees will apply for the person replacing the ticket purchaser, or they can opt to not do the assessment or receive report.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

  • Suggested minimum age for this workshop is 18 years old.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

  • No recording devices are permitted. Cell phones requested to be off or silent during sessions.
