NAFFIII - National Indigenous Fisheries and Aquaculture Forum

We welcome you to be part of the 2017 National Indigenous Fisheries and Aquaculture Forum (NAFF lll) hosted by the Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs Secretariat and Co-hosts.
Fisheries and aquaculture activities generate over $100 million in revenues for First Nations and employ several thousand Indigenous persons on the Atlantic Coast, the North, the Prairies and the West Coast.
NAFFIII will focus on diversity, integration and leadership.
This national conference will focus on diversity, integration and leadership, building from the success of NAFFI – The Business of Fisheries in 2011 and NAFFII – Seize the Economic Opportunities in 2012.
The goal of NAFFlll is to bring together the demand and supply chain required to enhance, grow and diversify the fisheries and aquaculture sector in all indigenous communities across Canada.
The event will be held at the Membertou Trade and Convention Centre in Membertou, Nova Scotia. The host hotels are the Hampton Inn, which is attached to the conference centre by pedway and the Cambridge Suites which is five minutes from the conference centre by vehicle.
