Naked Yoga in the Dark
Intro yoga for any person of any ability. No yoga mat required, No previous experience needed.
This is a stretching class for any person to try: basic body isolations, strength training, core work, and a LOT of good simple stretching aimed at relieving chronic lower back pain and to loosen up tight hamstrings.
$10 cash drop in class, with rotating locations: check the schedule to see if there’s one near you.
With over nine years experience teaching yoga, Kat will guide you through a one hour sequence.
This is a very casual and friendly environment, dependent on the location latecomers are usually welcome to join after class has started.
ALL genders welcome, (please message if you need more info)
Class is one hour: warm up, standing series, balancing section, floor work, spine strength exercises, core muscle groups, and a final relaxation.
Please arrive ten minutes early to find a spot in the room so we can start promptly.
Normally classes are in Montreal.
