Event description

Description

CARP and its valued partners invite policymakers, leading experts, older adults, and all concerned citizens to take part in a national conversation about what healthy aging should look like in Canada.

The goal of the series is to highlight challenges and innovations in the field of preventive health, and discuss key determinants of health and aging in Canada. Expert speakers will focus on areas such as adult vaccinology, physical and social engagement, relationships and inclusion, the experiences of marginalization and its impact on health, dementia and brain health, and more.

In addition, CARP will provide an overview of its FACES policy agenda with specific emphasis on the correlation between financial security and health.

This educational series is presented with support from United Way, AGE-WELL, NICE Network, Sanofi Pasteur, GSK, Canadian Frailty Network, and others.

Registration is FREE and includes lunch and a short networking reception.
