Food Safety is a team effort. We've gathered the expert team of Alex Hanley, Tess Burlingame & Joan Moeller and invite you to join us for one or both of our customized trainings for food manufacturing plants.

Executive Breakfast: Understanding Management's Role in Food Safety

Third party auditors often ask how management demonstrates commitment to food safety. This workshop will not only help you answer that question but also provide an opportunity to have any food safety related questions answered by the training team.

A Practical 4-Step Approach to Building a Food Safety Plan

1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

for Managers, Food Safety Leads and Quality Managers

In this 3-hour hands-on training you will:

  • learn a simple method to determine what to include when you are updating your HACCP plan for FSMA.
  • create a customized Food Safety Plan for your facility
  • be armed with the tools & templates you need to implement the plan with your team

Already have a HACCP Plan? Great! At the end of this training, you will also have a Food Safety Plan that will be ready for you to take back to your team, review, and implement.

Don’t have a HACCP Plan? Not a problem. This training will allow you to understand how to apply the theory learned in PCQI to your facility. Come with what you have and we will work from there.
