ABOUT THE EVENT
Calling all PR students and young professionals, CPRS Ottawa/Gatineau is keen to assist you with your transition to communications expert. If you are a PR/communications student or you have joined the profession in the last five years, Navigate your PR career gives you invaluable insight with your search for full-time work, summer jobs, fieldwork experiences and volunteer opportunities. It’s an enlightening evening of networking and presentations by senior PR industry leaders and up-and-coming young professionals.
Special shout out to all our CPRS student members. We would love to see you at this last student event for the 2013-14 season, so we will cover your cost to attend. When you sign in at the event, we will refund your admission fee, courtesy of the CPRS Ottawa/Gatineau board.

Current students, recent graduates, and young professionals alike will have the opportunity to hear from a panel of veteran communicators from a variety of sectors across Ottawa. Each presenter will offer advice on transitioning from one career stage to the next and share successful job-search tactics that they have encountered after more than 20 years in the PR field.

Two tickets to Casual Friday at the National Arts Centre
The winner and a guest will get tickets to see the orchestra play live at the next Casual Friday
The event will be held at the NAC on Friday, June 6th at 7 p.m. The pre-concert experience begins at 5:30 p.m.
Complimentary food tickets will be provided to sample the tapas offered during the pre-concert.
