Grief resides in the cells of your body. One of the most effective ways to usher grief out of your cells is through movement.
As a participant, you will learn how to listen to your body in a deeper way, how movement can help you bring joy back into your life and how to tap into the wisdom of your body.
What to bring: Please bring a journal or notebook and a pen. Wear comfortable clothing
Cynthia Croker is the co-artistic director of Motus O dance theatre. She has led many movement workshops on how to find emotional wellness throughout her thirty-year career in dance.
