Description

Join Katherine Hollas, for a workshop that applies values-based decision making to the challenge of navigating your post-secondary choices to help you answer these questions: Where should I go? What should I study?

Values-based decision making can be applied in a personal or professional environment. It starts with identifying the values that are most important to you and understanding how these values impact your needs, goals and perceptions of the world. This strategy allows us to look beyond the belief structures of our parental and cultural conditioning, so we can become more fully who we are, and live a more authentic life.

Values-based decision making is personal and individual, there is no “right answer”, only “right for me”

About Katherine Hollas: Katherine Hollas began working at the Ted Rogers School of Management(TRSM) as a Communications Assistant in 2008 and in various marketing roles since she started her career at TRSM. Katherine is fun, energetic and loves working with students. Moving from marketing into a student facing role was a natural progression. She is currently the TRSM Recruitment Coordinator, a sole resource in the business school dedicated to working with high school students and educators. In her role she focuses on supporting students as they embark on their journey toward post-secondary education.

This workshop runs for 45 minutes with one time choice: 11:00 am.
