Find relief fast using these gentle and effective approaches.
Stretching and straining is NOT the answer. That often yields short term results and more discomfort. Learn what your nervous system prefers so you can calm tension in your neck and jaw. There are both positional and emotional reasons these areas get compromised. This workshop will address both aspects to give you the right tools to let go of tension.
Classes will be held from 1 pm to 4pm, with a short snack break between lessons. Refreshments will be provided.
You will need to bring your refillable water bottle and a thick towel. Dress in layers if you tend to get cold when you relax.
All the information given in this workshop Will be recorded for your convenience!. You will be able to download the lessons to listen to whenever you need a tune-up.
