No two negotiations are the same. Political (internal or external), economic, environmental, personal and or a variety of other factors will present themselves in different ways in different negotiations. You cannot control these variables, no matter how talented a negotiator you are. What you can influence, and control is how you prepare for the pending negotiation, how you present yourself as a negotiator, and how you offer acceptable solutions that, ultimately, work for all parties.
This four hour training session will be delivered interactively over zoom, providing project managers with relevant research, real life case studies, and role-playing scenarios via breakout rooms focused on:

Cancellation policy:
In the case of cancellation by a registrant, the following cancellation penalties will apply:
• If the registrant cancels between 28 and 21 days before the workshop: 25% of the Fee will be paid to the NC for the workshop. The remainder will be reimbursed to the registrant. The eventbrite fee ($20) is non-refundable.
• If the registrant cancels between 20 and 14 days before the workshop: 50% of the Fee will be paid to the NC for the workshop. The remainder will be reimbursed to the registrant. The eventbrite fee ($20) is non-refundable.
• If the registrant cancels between 13 and 7 days before the workshop: 75% of the Fee will be paid to the NC for the workshop. The remainder will be reimbursed to the registrant. The eventbrite fee ($20) is non-refundable.
• If the registrant cancels 6 or less days before the workshop: 100% of the Fee will be paid to the NC for the workshop. The eventbrite fee ($20) is non-refundable.
