When we experience loss or anticipate loss, it is difficult to be merry at Christmas. At this time of the year, we might ask such questions as: "How will I feel when Christmas arrives?" "Will others understand, what I am going through?" "Are the holidays changed forever?" As Catholics, we are reminded of the message; that the season of Advent, brings to us, every year... “It’s not too late!” Hence in this seminar, we explore ways to better prepare ourselves mentally, practically and most importantly, spiritually. Though the “reason for the season” may be different this year; in learning how to adapt and adjust to ongoing changes, YOU still can have, hope throughout the holidays.
