The New Moon is the perfect time to set intentions for the upcoming season. The beginning of the moon's cycle can guide your energy as a fresh start to creating new aspirations. This winter it's especially important to create healthy boundaries for your mental health.
This workshop has two stages: first, you will be led through a session of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping to release limiting beliefs and step into positive affirmations. EFT helps to relax the sympathetic nervous system and break down old beliefs in the subconscious mind.
Next, you'll be guided through a yoga Nidra practice, to take these new intentions deep into your inner core. Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
What you'll need for this Zoom session:
* a comfortable seat and somewhere to stretch out for the Nidra
* a journal and pen
* a mug of something soothing to drink
* a blanket to stay cozy for the Nidra
* an open mind and heart
The session will be recorded and emailed to you afterwards.
