About this event
An introduction to the process of non-profit incorporation, including Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA)and the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act (NPCA). Additionally, this session will include how to incorporate and comply with legislation, how to apply for charitable status, and provide an overview of the different obligations for charities and non-profits. Registration will close at 9am the day of the event or when it sells out, whichever comes first. Registrants will be provided a link to the online meeting on the day of the event. It will be sent to the email you register with, so please ensure the email you provide is accurate and checked frequently.
