• Wristbands: Your wristband is your key to entry. You must present your ticket or QR code at check-in to receive your wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No wristband, no entry.
• Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
• Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. The Pilot reserves the right to refuse service or entry to the venue for ANY REASON, including but not limited to intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry by the venue.
• Dresscode Guideline: Dressing classy is highly recommended. No sportswear, flip flops, sidebags, or streetwear. No refunds will be provided if entry is denied for this reason.
• Capacity and Late Entry: If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive past the designated entry time, you may have to wait in line to gain entry to the venue. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to the venue once capacity is reached. If you are unable to enter the venue due to it hitting capacity, we will refund your ticket in full (including fees and tax).
• Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
• Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. Toronto Nightclubs, its affiliates, venues, staff, and organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
• Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.
