Join us for a two part pay what you can workshop about all things Fruit Tree Pruning!
About this event
On Wednesday June 1st at 7:30pm we will spend 2 hours online learning pruning theory. A zoom link will be shared with attendees after registration. This workshop will be followed by an in-person training on Saturday June 4th at 11am at Spadina Orchard where we will spend 2 hours outside learning fruit tree pruning skills. Please bring your personal pair of pruners, a notebook and pen and weather appropriate clothing as we will be working outside in rain or shine.

- When and why to prune fruit trees
- The difference between winter and summer pruning
- Using pruning tools and techniques and how to structure your tree.
