Please register children ages 2 to 10/11 (grade 5) in the separate "Jr. Church" registration (if attending Jr. Church). A one time permission form is to be filled out by parents/guardians.

Vaccine passports are NOT necessary, however, health and safety guidelines must be adhered to including masks/facial coverings, physical distancing (except within family/social bubbles), contact information *(kept confidential) and screening questions.

By registering for a service we understand your answers are "No" to the COVID-19 symptoms listed on Ontario’s Ministry of Health website. If you answer “Yes” to any of the screening questions, please do NOT attend a service.

*If your contact information is already listed with NHCC there is no need to include a phone # when registering.
