Description

Niagara Ice Wine Festival Tour ($350pp)

On this tour you will be picked up from your accommodation in Toronto between 9:00 and 10:00am and be taken to Niagara for the day to experience the fun and festivities of the annual ice wine festival celebration. Take in the ice sculptures decorating Niagara-on-the-lake's main street, taste our world famous ice wine, and get into the spirit of winter like never before.

We will visit 3 wineries –a small, a medium, and a large production winery, giving you a good cross-section of the different vineyards we have in the region. A special ice wine tasting and food pairing will be provided at each vineyard as well as some of the vineyard's best wines.

Ample information will be provided by your guide about the climate and geology of the region, the regulations and tradition of ice wine production, and it's importance to Canada's wine identity.

Stop for lunch (included) in Niagara-on-the-lake and enjoy the heart of the festival as you stroll up and down central Queen Street.

After visiting our final vineyard, you will be taken back to your accommodation in Toronto in time for dinner, or perhaps you want to stay the weekend (ask us for details) We aim to arrive at 5:00pm, but traffic can affect our timing.

TOUR INCLUDES:
– Transportation with pick-up and drop-off at your accommodation.
