Join us Saturday Sept 21st AND 28th as we deconstruct diet culture and learn how to move towards body acceptance.

About this Event

Looking for some support in your recovery?

Connect with others working on their own recovery in a supportive online space. Participate at your own comfort level. Explore new skills in a non-judgemental, pro-recovery environment.

What you get:

  • Specially selected resources including handouts, worksheets, and videos
  • Two online sessions with trained peer mentors and guest speaker
  • A supportive group encouraging accountability

The online support program is accessible from any smart phone, tablet or computer with internet access, and is safe and secure.

No diagnosis or referral needed.

This month we are joined by guest Lee Thomas.

Lee Thomas is a speaker, writer, and advocate. Lee speaks to groups of all ages about mental health and 2SLGBTQ+ issues, with a particular focus on eating disorders. They are a Mental Health First Aid instructor, ASIST trainer, TEDx speaker, and social work grad student. When Lee is not doing advocacy, they can usually be found updating their dog's Instagram.
