About this event
Join us for our free annual EMGSS "Non-academic Career Panel and Networking" event. The event is opened to all graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who are interested in exploring the wide range of life science careers and want to learn from professionals in the industry who have successfully made their transition from academia. Panelists will make short presentations on their career journey, followed by Q&A and an interactive discussion with the audience and panel.
Event Schedule:
5:00pm - Doors open
5:30pm - "Interviewing Skills" workshop provided by McGill CAPS
6:00pm - Career Panel
7:30pm - Networking (includes food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages)
