When guilt, shame, and hurt cause pain.

Self-discovery is practised in silence to preserve your privacy. No self-disclosure is necessary but welcomed if you please.

ELEMENTS TAUGHT

  • Self-evaluation in a safe space: understand the depth of your emotional angst, history, how you want to go forward, effects on your health, life, family, friends, and work.
  • Dispel myths of blame, shame, guilt, self-loathing, manipulation, and worry – where do you begin and end in relations with others who hurt you or you hurt them.
  • Understand who and how people shame you into accepting the blame and guilt.
  • Investigate the consequences of dominant feelings long-term on your body, mind, spirit.
  • Discover the benefits of self-forgiveness, emotional safety, and new perspectives
  • Learn an easy-to-use series of holistic tools to support your healing, boundary setting and empowerment.
  • Learn to 'stop hanging on' to triggers and your past by creating a plan of action for living a productive life forward.

OUTCOME

  • You find a clear understanding of your guilt and shame, what purpose and benefits they held, and how to move forwards in a positive light.
  • The skills to diminish your (displaced) anger, aggression, and hatred that held you back.
  • The know-how to self-heal and stay protected with explicit boundaries in your newly created bubble of protection.
  • The steps to regain self-worth, personal power, make amends, recognise cause and effect, and make necessary changes in your life.
  • An increased understanding of the mind-body connection, helping improve your focus, intent, productivity, attitude, and relationships.
  • How to integrate the practised 20-minute yoga sequence into your daily routine for continual positive change
  • How to write a roadmap to follow with the tools learnt in the workshop

ATTENDEES

  • All are welcome to participate in the workshop for professional development.
  • If you think, suspect, or know your guilt, shame, and pain dictate your actions and life, then this workshop is for you.
  • You do not have to have health issues to attend the workshop.
  • A therapist referral is not necessary but is recognised for insurance and community payments for the workshop.
  • Persons with severe emotional challenges may contact me to discuss how they can participate.

TRAINING CERTIFICATE OPTION

  • Participants who want to use the material in their practice or in their training workshops may take an exam for certification.
