About this Event

- BREATHWORK SOUND CONNECTION -

This Clarity Breath workshop is for you if you're a yogi, bodyworker, healer, or dance & movement facilitator. If you regularly support a loving space for others to heal, this is your opportunity for self-care. What would it feel like to nourish your body, mind and spirit with the gift of your own breath?

We will receive crystal bowl sound healing, woven throughout the afternoon. Quartz crystal singing bowls support our bodies to relax, allowing all parts of ourselves to vibrate harmoniously.

We will explore practices as a group and in pairs that supports the clearing of physical and emotional stress from our bodies and connects us to our inner vitality and healing energy.

We will work with a circular breathing technique called Clarity Breathwork, one that powerfully and gently opens our hearts to a way of being and relating that inspires more love and freedom.

These are individual processes that take place in a group environment and are built on a foundation of presence, intimacy, acceptance of what is arising, and integration of our whole being.
