Are you overwhelmed during the Panic-demic?
Maybe you are bored, isolated, unfocused, feeling "off" or anxious, or just in need of something different that will nourish your mind and uplift your senses?
For over a month now, I have been providing resources and writing about the importance of nourishing our minds and bodies to enhance resiliency.
Now, you can be part of a group series focused on mind-body support to enhance your emotional resilience, improve focus, and optimize your physical wellness.
You are welcome to join any or all of these (about) monthly events.
In this first class, we will be focusing on using essential oils for self-care for the mind, body, and soul.
Your Hosts:
Sarah LoBisco, ND, IFMCP, Organizer and Series Leader: As a naturopathic doctor and functional medicine provider, I have been using them for over 13 years in my practice and have published several articles on their uses in various journals.
Sarah James: Sarah is the owner of Some Like It Hot Yoga Studio. She will be joining me to discuss how she incorporates them for mind-body wellness and physical fitness.
Sherry Saben, RN: Sherry will also be discussing her years of experience using the oils from a holistic nurse's perspective.
We will also be discussing essential oil safety, applications, and their properities.
At the end, you will be provided with an opportunity to purchase your own starter kit so you can use them during the group series if you desire.
If you do purchase them you will be on our essential oils team.
