The session will be led by Brent Warner who is the Vice President of Gene Therapies and Rare Disease at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada. Prior to Novartis, Brent worked in various roles throughout the Biotech industry, primarily on launches in the rare disease space.

The Boosting Biotech initiative is a collaboration of BioAlberta, Innovative Medicines Canada, Government of Alberta, and Western Economic Diversification to support innovation and commercialization of discoveries by Alberta researchers and small and medium sized enterprises in the life sciences sector through experiential learning opportunities.

Brent Warner is the Vice President of Gene Therapies and Rare Disease at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada. Prior to Novartis, Brent worked in various roles throughout the Biotech industry, primarily on launches in the rare disease space. Brent has over 10+ years’ experience throughout the Pharmaceutical Industry, with a previous ackground in technology and consumer marketing.
