About this Event

University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) inaugural Artists-in-Residence, R.I.S.E. go into conversation with artists Jalani Morgan and curator Emelie Chhangur about connecting across geographies and cultures through art practices. The talks focuses on using personal stories to depict cultural or historical narratives and is moderated by Dr. Mark V. Campbell: scholar, DJ, arts advocate, and expert in Afrodiasporic theory, Canadian hip hop and DJ cultures.
