This hands-on workshop will teach you about the nutritional and health benefits of eating local and in-season. The advantages and nutritional effects of fermented food will also be covered with the creation of your own kimchi and sauerkraut to take home! The workshop will finish with a 30-minute physical fitness instructional that will teach the best low-impact ways to stay fit.
