Your host today is Jennifer. As a Registered Dietitian, Jennifer enjoys teaching others how to make positive lifestyle changes that can improve their health outcomes. Jennifer has taken enhanced certification in the area of gut health and is excited to share all her learned knowledge, tips and strategies with you. When she is not teaching nutrition, she is watching her kids play sports, moving her body with physical activity, playing with her 3 year old or cooking new dishes.
